Some Would Stop at a Vision
Updated: Sep 21
Rarely does anyone have the opportunity to bring a visionary idea to life. It takes a handful of technicians, craftspeople, and engineers to achieve it on camera working mostly behind the scenes. If you work with the best each of them is dedicated to a precise expert task. Each of them working in concert on that task, it's an orchestra in motion to ultimately elicit an emotion. Why capture an emotion? It's obvious. Yes we agree that should be the goal but does capturing emotion do anything at all? I suggest it could change the world. My attempt to capture images of life is an attempt to remain relevant and poignant in a world that pauses from a busy day to hear something that breaks through the blur and delivers a little bit of clarity. There are ways of getting an audience but as far as capturing lightning in a digital medium I guess it takes a little luck and mostly persistence.
